seesaw: 2011 letterpress calendar.

We're so excited to finally share our 2011 letterpress calendar! This year, we were inspired by vintage textiles, geometric shapes, and the beautiful imperfections of hand-drawn illustration.

The calendar was foil stamped in metallic gold and then letterpress printed in a warm grey. Full size, the calendar measures 5x10" and features a series of six hand-drawn illustrations, with two months per page. Each sheet is perforated to 5x7" so it can be framed or used as a postcard after its lifespan as a calendar is over. Buy it for $32 here.

Huge thanks to Grace for posting it on Design*Sponge this morning!

So happy to have discovered this gorgeous blog and etsy shop, Hearblack. They make lovely things (and they're an adorable couple too).

Mary Kate McDevitt's hand-lettering and illustration is adorable. I love that Abe Lincoln print - Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. So true, right?

forever is today.

Forever is Today quickly became one of my favorite new blogs because of her amazing photos and finds (remember the pretty vintage things arranged by color?). And now... she's opened a beautiful shop with photo prints, sketchbooks, and clocks made from vintage books.
