I've been trying to cook more lately. How amazing would it be to attend cooking school at The Agrarian Kitchen in Lachlan, Tasmania? The sustainable farm-based program is situated in a renovated 19th century schoolhouse, and you start the day by "foraging in the garden for the ripest fruit and vegetables" that you'll cook with. That's where I'd rather be today.
