Vera Neumann is one of my design idols. I was so happy about the Anthropologie collaboration last year, and I really love finding her scarves while thrifting. Needless to say I will be owning this book very soon - Vera: The Art and Life of an Icon.

This excited me too. I also grab her scarves whenever I can. I have made skirts out of pillowcases that she designed. I love her stuff. I think I fell in love when I was a little kid. My mom and gran had a ton of her scarves and the lady bug sold me.

The colors of the top right image are just gorgeous. And that pattern! Amazing.
we heart vera. she makes beautiful clothing & patterns. im an intern at anthro & we had to thumb through her book for inspiration one day as a part of my internship
and it took me a long time. aka, i was finding things for the store for inspiration & my own room!
I love the colors. I will have to add this one to my collection of coffee table books...something that pretty needs to be displayed :)
