I love this blog! My mom is from Arizona, ha, but I'm a Denver native.
As for primary colors, with the white walls it isn't half bad. I've always been into pastels, but I think in a kitchen primary colors are always welcome!
using it sparingly is pretty much okay, i think. i love the second interior where they are set against a neutral background... i'm rather sure that staring at a vibrant colored wall all day long can be tiresome on the eyes, not to mention after-effects, and the fact that they will be a totally different color once lit with artificial light... but they sure look good in photo... and you know what, i might even try it on one wall.

I can't decide, either, but I'm always in for anything that makes me smile or rethink my usual style!
Like this post did.
the adjective is sporty(cliché). Not my thing. I think instead of blue, there should be green??? Im more into bohemian style... greens, violet, creamy white and dark wood.
