This closing speech of his almost brought me to tears when I first watched it. My husband and I could not have been more impressed at how graciously Conan chose to leave his job and more important to encourage his fans not to be cynical rather he advocated hard work and kindness. Who does this? Conan does. He's not only a comic genius and a brain himself, he's also a great example for our generation. I'll get off of my rant now. This video is spectacular and I'm thankful someone else appreciated the richness of Conan's words as much as I did. Thanks for sharing this!
